Durban Office and Law Clinic Thandeka is an attorney for LHR’s Refugee and Migrant Rights Programme in Durban.
She completed her LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2009 before joining the Legal Resources Centre as a candidate attorney in 2010. In the same year, Thandeka underwent her Practical Training Course at the University of South Africa.
In 2011, she was admitted as an attorney of the high court after which she joined LHR’s Detention Monitoring Unit in Johannesburg.
